To mark International Women’s Day 2026, this event will highlight industry-led action to improve workplace culture in building and construction.

Level the Site is a practical initiative focused on driving structural and cultural change across the sector, ensuring women remain and progress in the industry.

The event will bring together Government, employers, apprentices and industry leaders to demonstrate a shared commitment to building safer, more inclusive and more equitable workplaces.

We look forward to welcoming you as we showcase the progress being made and reaffirm our collective responsibility to level the site for women across building and construction.
